In the event that a class must be cancelled we will give you as much advance notice as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and rebook you in a different class.
Enrollment Agreement

- This program includes the required 74 hours of in-depth training, plus offline pre-work and homework of the class. Please note the time zone information listed on our schedule for the start and end times each day in your time zone. You are required to devote your full attention to this program. Make the learning journey is clear of any other commitments.
- In addition to the offline learning portions of the class, the live sessions are conducted using Zoom. In order to join these required sessions, you will need:
- A computer and printer made in the last decade
- An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
- A webcam or HD webcam – built-in or USB plug-in

Partial Completion
For a Certificate of Completion to be issued, the participants must have recorded at least 90% attendance of synchronous contact hours.
Transfer of Credit
ACEDAR Coach Training (ACT) program does not allow for the transfer of credits from other institutions. All participants must complete the required courses and meet the program’s criteria to receive certification.
Illness and Deferment policy
Subject to valid reasons being given, candidates may defer their course or assessments dates. If candidates fall sick on day of class or assessment MCs must be presented within 3 calendar days after the assessment date stating candidate was sick on day of assessment. Candidates may defer only once and the new date shall be at ACEDAR’s discretion. Course and assessment fees for any deferment will be forfeited if candidates do not attend on the dates proposed by ACEDAR.
Ethical Marketing
At ACEDAR, our responsibility extends to every part of our business. We are committed to marketing that is transparent and honest, allowing our clients or participants to make informed choices about the service/products they purchase. We comply with laws and regulations in Singapore, and we internally review and to verify product claims.
Complaint/Grievance

Definition
A grievance is defined by the ACEDAR as:
Client/Participants complaint or expression of dissatisfaction regarding coaching relationships or service delivery.

Procedures
-
Client expresses dissatisfaction verbally or in writing.

Program Director who will document the complaint in the Grievance Log. The Grievance Log shall include the following information.
Client ID# (not name)
Nature of complaint
Identification of those involved
Date complaint received and by whom Summary of follow-up activities
Date grievance referred to QA Committee, if necessary
Date of resolution -
The Program Director will be responsible for collecting relevant information about the grievance, for taking action to resolve the grievance and for documenting all progress.

The Program Director will attempt to resolve the complaint between the parties involved. If no satisfaction results, and disenrollment or termination of a contract might be appropriate, the Quality Assurance coordinator will present the situation to the Quality Assurance Committee for a decision.

Thirty days after expressing grievance, clients/participant will receive in writing all grievance facts and decisions.

All information, including Grievance Log, will be sent to appropriate contract monitors thirty days after the end of the month..

Payment/Fees
1. All payment must be made via designated payment platform. No cash or cheque is acceptable.
2. Receipt will be issued once the payment is confirmed.
